Cancel
We accept cancellation of orders before product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Return (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 90 days of receiving the product. To meet the return criteria, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased goods to the manufacturer. Customers can only charge a maximum of one shipping fee (including returns); For returned products, consumers will not be charged for restocking.
